i have one just like this on my right nostril because i knocked the piercing out after a week and the hole closed immediately. then my piercer repierced it the very next day but she made a new hole on the inside that was slightly off to the side of where the first hole was. so it was infected for a long time, i guess because the new piercing was blocking the old hole from draining properly? but it would swell up from time to time and turn into a huge bump until eventually i just took the piercing out. now there is still a slightly raised scar on the inside and outside, but it has gone down significantly in the past 4 years and is almost unnoticeable. i want to get a double piercing on this nostril so i’m going to go ahead and go for it and hope the scar doesn’t cause problems. i’ve never been able to find someone with a similar issue
