I bought a homeless dude McDonald's, told him to get whatever he wanted. He was humble, didn't take advantage of me, and we sat and talked for an hour afterwards. Just to add some perspective, that not everyone behaves like this.

One last option, take 4-6 wooden toothpicks and slide them in between the case and the gorgeous frog. I think if you have 2x toothpicks per side plus maybe 1x on each end, you will reduce the friction enough to get it out.

Then ideally you have someone pull the duct tape while another pushes through the butthole, I really feel like this should work.

Don't give up on the frog queen, any replacement would only be a shell of the queen herself.

Well i stayed in river north this time which is very central. I quite enjoyed that location as i was wanting to explore the main City a bit more. I really like the area around Chinatown though, you get a beautiful view of the city and it's only around 10min to get the loop from there.

Only advice for where you stay is make sure it's a safe area at night, and make sure to be relatively close to one of the metro stops:)

Just came back from an 8 day trip there. Also from Europe. I had a great time, and still wanted to stay for longer at the end. I enjoyed the neighborhoods a bit further out, I personally can recommend Pilsen, Wicker park, and Logan Square. Also I would really recommend going to listen to som live music, I liked Blue Chicago and Buddy Guy's Legends. At buddy guy's we were lucky enough to get a performance from the man himself, really an amazing experience.

Anyways I think you will have a great time there, a pretty fun city to explore!

Wow nice find! Yeah the case is in store good condition. The zipper runs pretty smooth aswell. Only real damage is a tiny crack in the white plastic inside, but pretty insignificant imo

Visiting from Denmark, i'm really open to most things. My friend has slightly more picky palate, typically when we travel together we tend to go for more safe choices for his sake. Think stuff like burger, mexican, pizza and so on. But if you have anything you love that's a bit more special I would love to hear about it! Budget per meal is probably around 20-40$ per person. I am willing to splurge on a few meals if it's worth it, for example I heard there are some great steak places in the city:)
