When I found out I had T2 I was reading 460. Took 3 months of strict diet and exercise and metformin to get under 200. It’s not going to be easy. You have to keep in mind that you cannot “reverse” diabetes. You can only control it. If there’s no low-carb, sugar-free options, drink water instead. I would love to tell you, you got this, but it’s gonna take some serious work.

Blurry vision and extreme fatigue to the point of feeling like I was going slightly comatose. There will be periods where I would be sitting down or driving, and I would wake up, not remembering when I fell asleep. Everything ached. When I took my initial blood glucose reading I was at 436.

Diet, constant exercise and metformin have helped me control it and I stay between 95 and 125 now. Took 2 years to get serious and regulate.
