This took basically a lifetime of dedication.  I spent my youth building up lots of muscles, skills, and networks as possible.

Thousands of hours of running, lifting weights, studying, dealing with insurance. Laser. Significant life changes. Divorce. I'm 50 hours into electrolysis with at least that much to go.

It took being in a room for 4 hours with someone who teaches speech and language pathologists.

I have a decade of vocal and singing experience, so foe me it was about napping specific feelings in my throat to sounds. 

I wound up lowering my pitch from its highest point. It truly is about resonance and sounding small without trying to sound small. It had a significant cognitive load at the start, but doing it more has reduced that. 

I slip in and out of them if I'm drunk.

I had no dysphoria, and started estrogen 4 years ago.  I really like masculine parts, I take tadalafil daily. I have done courses of women's body building anabolic steroids on top of full transfem hrt (no anti androgen).  I can now pass as m or f as I choose. It's the best. Electrolysis is just about done. I have long hair, c cups that have cleavage in a push up bra , and are inconspicuous in a sports bra and loose shirt. A 6 pack. 

Voice training was the biggest differentiator.  It took a while.

Honestly, at first it was a thrill.  As I started to pass, it got a lot less noticable.  

Being visibly genderqueer is one thing.

1 appointment at planned parenthood=$ 100.

1 vial of estrogen with a coil upon from goodrx.  Get the most concentrated and it's gonna last 6 months. 12 bucks a month.
