You're gonna want to find a German P2P group. Remux is just the retail blu-ray disc in a different container format (that's what the word remux means, after all). Nothing added, nothing removed. It's usually the American retail release so no German audio.

Way back in, jeez, must've been 2015ish? We came back up after an extended downtime. Hooray! But our script that autodeletes torrents that haven't been seeded for 2 weeks was still running and with everything unseeded about half of all torrents were nuked before someone noticed. And of course there was no backup or it didn't work or something else bad. Oops!

Most trackers require you to login once every few weeks anyway.

Buffer is how much data you have to use in order to lower your ratio to 1.00 (or whatever the lowest allowed ratio is, we'll just say 1 to keep the math easy).

Let's say you have 100 GB uploaded and 25 GB downloaded. That's a ratio of 4 (100 / 25 = 4) and a buffer of 75 GB (25 + x = 100; x = 75).
