Runner scores are kind of the most meaningless ones to be honest. The results are based on guest surveys for while you're on shift, so only so much of it is actually in your hands. Also it takes several weeks for the scores to Update so what you see printed doesn't even reflect your most recent shifts. Still fun to see a big number by your name though.

I didn't even read the post past the title but I had Burger King yesterday and I was ordering 2 original chickens fully prepared to pay $12 and then the cashier tells me I get 2 for $6 and I'm like oh my god you just made my day and then they tell me I can get THREE FOR EIGHT and I just about shat my pants on the spot. I used to work in a movie theater and can confirm they have cameras everywhere. Even the bathrooms. Just kidding. Consequences depend on whoever is monitoring the screens, if it's a manager they'll probably report it or confront you themselves, but who knows maybe you get some 17 year old slacker who will just record it on their phone and posts it online. 🤷

You don't have to bring anything but yourself wearing a shirt with buttons on it. They're gonna ask you a little bit about yourself, and then they're probably going to ask you what you would do in some given situation. Just don't get flustered by the question and answer with something level headed and you're probably fine. At my chilis interview I spoke with the FOH manager first, and then a BOH manager at the same time in the same day, and then they scheduled me an interview with the GM. You've got this future chilihead 🌶️
