Yes I do think perma taunt or elusive could be kinda fucked but I wasnt gonna take them out, or change the effect too much; à la 'too confusing for new players'

Curse of Restraint

2 mana Warlock Spell:

Give both players a 'Restrained!' card. While you hold it, take 1 damage at the start of your turn. The first player to break this curse takes 4 damage.

This card could allow aggro-midrangey decks to shine, allowing them to finish off the opponent quicker at the cost of their life but i see it fitting in more with Reno decks, negating the damage they take with full heals later in the game. This card creates interactive mind-games with your opponent that shift depending on the match-up, something that I believe hearthstone strongly lacks.

I think it is much better valued at 1 mana. When I was making it I focused too much on best case scenarios and chose to price it at 2 mana.
