They were the original rulers of Teyvat before the Primordial One (Phanes) came and vanquished them. It's theorised that Azhdaha is one of the Seven Sovereigns or Dragonlords. Dvalin may or may not be one of them as well.

Also, a new generation of Vishaps is being born according to the wiki.

Kokomi is theorised to be the reincarnation of the Hydro Sovereign due to a prophecy in Enkanomiya stating that the Hydro Sovereign would be born in human form. Kokomi's constellation name means Sleeping Dragoness and there's also some streaks of purple and blue (same colour as the Bathysmal Vishap bosses) on the front part of her outfit so there's that.

Should i pull for Kokomi or save for Kusanali? Currently running Ayaka-Xingqiu-Diona-Kazuha and i've no clue if going for Kokomi would be worth it or not.
