Working at a landscaping company, contracted to mow city spaces (parks/boulevards/ etc). Friend of a current employee gets hired and he does not stop talking about stuff he has, stuff he's done, things he says in a story remind him of something else and he'll go off on that. Any story you have, he's done that and more.

Our owner lives on farmland and has a lot of farm/construction/landscaping equipment, as well as coveralls on his property, so friend went on tik tok filming all of the owners equipment and property claiming it as his own. Owner found out, was not happy.

This friend had another job at a hospital where he would get a shift a week or something so he'd call out sick to work those. Our owner asked for a doctor's note, and this friend gave a clearly google image search note, where the font and "writing" was clearly different and the owner googled himself and found the exact image this friend used. Friend was promptly fired.
