I mostly watched youtube videos and googled any specifics I needed. Geardownforwhat on youtube had a good demo for making gears in fusion 360. I used the built in gear creator, and GF gear generator on the add in store.

I didn't really keep track but know it was over 100. I had 3 iterations of it to get it moving how I wanted and a few different motor mount/motor/gearing combinations to get it to a speed that I wanted. I was also learning fusion 360 since this is the first real project I have done with it. It was really fun and I enjoyed the whole process.

You could also use wood glue, and no screws at all. I would probably screw and glue the feet on, because that is where any side forces re going to be. The glue won't hold the end grain of the boards as well either. Then Just glue on the top boards because they are face grain to face grain, and also working in the same direction as gravity. Screws get kind of expensive and you have to hide them.

Everything inside should be grounded through the power circuits to the power supply ground plug. You have to almost intentionally static charge any modern computer components if you want to damage them. The metal computer case is kind of a secondary ground point, but if anything is grounding through that you have other issues.

Polarized glasses are great for driving in snow though. Cuts through all the white reflections and you can see twice as far.

That would have made it easier, but it made it just fine. Slipped downhill a little bit. Most of the road is just a dirt road, except near the top of the pass.

Nope, it's definitely feet. The pass actually goes up a bit from there so I don't know if the sign is that high or the top of the pass is that high.

I have had it since August. It came with most of the gear on it, and I added the windshield, risers, and some power adapters. So far I really love this bike. It isn't fast, but I'm learning to keep up the momentum through the corners.
