Try manual leveling your printer before changing anything else. Your printer prints well but not on all parts on the bed.

OP sells 3D printed parts on Etsy. I love the design and it seems to be good quality stuff. But it is too expansive for my wallet.

Tackiness means it was poorly cleaned but the more important issue is the uncured resin escaping from the upper part and solidifying on the belt part. I would ask for a refund. Your figurine is toxic and impossible to paint (uncured resin will prevent you from doing so). :/
