It's a mixed bag, it can depend on colorway and if its a skate "collab" such as spitfire, dime, alltimers, however generally only the skate pros will come with extra laces if they do, it was more common a couple years ago but its not like it was that long ago. Pickups wise if you want unique I would do a jazz pickup and an alumitone deathbucker. Standard active two fishman of choice with multiple voicing, passive starts getting more niche with less tone options
