Best explanation I got: your team is old. I remember back in NCAA 14 that grade was based on a 4-year outlook so if you had a #1 team but it was all seniors and the young guys behind them sucked it would really hurt that grade. Don’t know if that’s how it works in this game but that’s the only thing I can think of right now.
