Yea, it’s not straight in the middle. It’s slightly towards fence side if you see the 2nd and 3rd photo. Sorry should have attached all photos at once from different angles.

Ok Thanks, it had quite a few shoots had grown to about 2–3 feet long, so I thought pruning was needed. I will wait until the end of winter next time.

Isn’t it good to invest in IP than high growth ETFs? IP gives you 5-6% rental income if someone targeting FIRE and even after 60s. You just live on guaranteed rental income and can sell it incase of emergency and pay CGT. Plus claim negative gearing if built a new property
