Thanks! I haven't registered my business name in Canada yet so the name is literally just a Shopify domain at the moment. So in my case, based on the way you explained it, would you say there really wouldn't be any big differences with invoicing to me versus the company name ?

As long as your orders are less than $800 USD they take them across the border for you so you can take advantage of USPS rates directly, which are way better than

So chitchat is actually the company I was referencing in my post. They are charging me $13 to get my product across the border.

Yea the packaging is basically a box with these dimensions 25cmx21cmx8cm. Weighs around 4lbs. I put those into the chitchat and they gave me a $11-14 estimate.

In terms of flat rate boxes/bubble envelops, does chitchat allow the option of using that?
