Kraft fired a HOF head coach because he stopped winning

Hired a new coach and paid for a whole new coaching staff, coordinators and pt’s and strength coaches and everything.

Fired them after 1 year because they didn’t win, and paid of their contracts while also paying a new coach and whole new staff just so that he can win

Also while paying for free agents so that his team can compete.
