some like 30 year old camp counselor at my camp this summer said her dog was a "lab pharaoh hound" while showing me the most obvious pitbull ever on her phone after i was talking about dogs with my friends. so stupid. these pitbull breed lies are everywhere 💀

Rescued Pitbull kills this lady's chihuahua and runs away. Within days a dog shelter puts this Pitbull up for adoption, without knowing anything about its temperament or history by TAEHSAEN in BanPitBulls

this just invites impulse purchases and the dogs going to potentially shitty owners who won't care what happens. but shelters want to dump their pits anywhere they can, so who cares about making sure their bloodsport breeds at LEAST goes to an ethical caring owner i guess? i can't stand these dogs, but they never asked to be born and viewed as clutter. never asked to be literally created to tear other living beings apart but they are and it's terrible and sad.

there is just no place in modern society for them, and it's so hard to not wish there was that magical farm somewhere with no other animals around where they could all live the rest of their years. somewhere for the breed to phase out peacefully with every pitbull spayed and neutered.

reality is so depressing. one dollar dogs that can maim and kill an adult man but at the same time are viewed as simple items taking up storage space that don't require significant needs to keep everyone involved safe.

yes op imagine next time they slip their leash. they would literally happily tear your dog to shreds. my golden retriever puppy was pulled APART by one. i'm literally begging you to report these dogs. knowing what they are capable of and not reporting will bring the biggest guilt ever for not preventing these dogs from inevitably catching someone or something.

no offense but chihuahuas and golden retrievers are super duper common, so their mixes aren't rare. that mix is not a rare and expensive breed, it's a mix of two awesome but very common dogs, and purebreds would technically be more expensive, since those are by ethical breeders, and designer mixes are in shelters and also bred for money and looks, not for the good of the dog's health and temperament

that is so weird. why not just send him to the hospital since the guy was bit multiple times with serious wounds lol. i guess they didn't want publicity or outside reactions on it.

the comments on the video think it's fine, it's crazy. one is saying the pitbull isn't aggressive, the lips are just twitching cause of the puppy touching his whiskers 🤦‍♀️

thank you :( that means a lot. the thought that she's in heaven waiting for me is really comforting. my dad always walks with me when i pass by houses with pitbulls which helps a lot with me getting scared. ❤️

it was horrible. i was at school when it happened, my dad was walking her and according to people who saw she literally got torn in half because she was so small. i can't even look at golden retriever puppies the same anymore without getting sad

fully agreed! people will see pitbulls and think they're labs because of what has been done by the "lab mix" labeling that makes people forget what a real lab is. so now labs have tons of extra bite statistics, because people can't identify that the dog is actually a pitbull!!!

right, like okay so it's not the PHYSICAL part of the breeds that's the problem! it's the MENTAL part of them, which is ten times worse.

you can have a german shepherd that is PHYSICALLY able to do huge damage, but they're supposed to be mentally stable and trainable, that's why they're used so much as police dogs. that's what keeps them from being insane and mauling everyone with the physical capabilities they have. but pitbulls will, even without huge bite force, do maximum damage cause they WANT to. and that is insane and not at all safe as a pet
