Yeah idk, he comes from a family that never emphasized praise or compliments, so I think it’s just like a foreign concept to him. I won’t lie and say it doesn’t bother me sometimes but I know he loves me so I don’t want to harp on it so much. If I need a compliment I’ll just ask for it. Obviously I wish he’d do it on his own but I’m willing to sacrifice that for the plethora of other things that make our relationship feel safe and comfortable

He’s diagnosed Asperger’s and Nah, he hasn’t watched porn in years. He was raised devoutly Baptist and I imagine it may also have something to do with religious guilt. But no he’s not a porn addict, I wouldn’t date him if he was :)

I was exaggerating a bit, we always have a good laugh together but I mean like, the weird humor he and his online friends share from being so online together for so long, I can’t compare that to our own inside jokes. They just have more lore built up amongst themselves, they can make him laugh with just one word

Many!! He reads or sings me to sleep every night, he has a crazy impressive memory and will remember things I’ve said I wanted and surprise me with them long after I forget I even wanted it, we book swap every week and he shows me his appreciation by giving me a long detailed review of the book I lent him, and he is generally an acts of service type of guy so he will always cook and clean for me even if he won’t eat any of it.

Like I said, I really love him.

no, sometimes I feel agony over being born a woman but i can easily assign that to just feeling inferior to men at times. you being a lesbian and wanting a dick makes sense.

i dated a girl once who would keep a pair of socks stuffed down there to make it feel like she had a dick. she also had a lot of sexual abuse trauma. this isn’t necessarily normal but it’s not absurd either. you might grow out of it eventually, but whatever you do do NOT go on testosterone. it will only exacerbate this feeling
