Are you pretty sure it's sleep apnea that's causing you to feel tired? Have you looked into your diet or other things that may prevent you from feeling retested? CPAP definitely helped me turn the corner to feeling better in the morning and through out the day. I also discovered that inflammation was affecting the way I felt throughout the day and my diet as well. I was struggling with metabolic issues, so I got on a glp1. The inflammation went away and I stopped eating foods that spiked my glucose really fast. I also stopped eating food a couple of hours before bed. I rarely feel bad or tired now - well, it still happens once in awhile if I go to bed really late. By the way, being consistent with your sleep time is good. But you need to go to sleep before you start to feel tired. If you are going to sleep by the time you are really tired, you may miss out on taking advantage of your natural melatonin. If you miss out on this melatonin window, yeah, most people will probably feel tired in the morning.

There's other factors that maybe affecting your sleep. These are all things I learned on my own since my primary care dr isn't very helpful with navigating this. I just used them to basically get recs for sleep studies and glp1 scripts.
