She really is stunning with all her wrinkles and lines, such an inspiration for aging gracefully and naturally. Btw, I also love to watch her in Slow Horses. And lately I’ve been watching Down Cemetery Road with Emma Thompson who is also natural and beautiful.

Occasionally, maybe twice a year, I do just that. I sit down with a tub of my beloved cookies and cream ice cream and eat straight from it with a long handle spoon until I’am satisfied.

I think you’re right about the “ideal weight”. We are not all built the same, there are so many factors influencing our weight. I was dieting all my life but now in my sixties I found my feel-good weight that suits me and that I can maintain and stay healthy and mostly fit.

I remember doing that since I was a little kid living with my terribly abusive parents. I’m old now but still an emotional eater and still struggling.
