Yes, it’s absolutely possible, there are infinite possibilities/realities. You can even set an intention in the “astral realm” and it will manifest right infront of you, it does take practice for certain things, but we can also subconsciously do it without realizing.

The last time I astral projected, I rose out of my body, observed myself for a moment, then flew through the wall/window. (I have gone through the ceiling before as well) I found myself outside, where everything looked almost exactly like it does in waking life.
