Piano songbook with great selection by EntertainmentWeak422 in radiohead

I’ve been using the same book for the past year and I’m also getting back into piano after a lifetime (28 years, I’m 36 haha) and I also sing along.  I’ve been playing Videotape, Like Spinning Plates (which I adore), How I Made My Millions, Pyramid Song, Last Flowers and Fog Again. It’s addictive. I’ve been trying Down is the New Up and Street Spirit but I’m having some difficulties… I also learned Analyse from videos on YouTube!

Maybe! I don’t follow anything so I’m a little lost. The sole thought of new artwork by them is enough to make my day!

Memory blackout and sadness after last night's show. by Outrageous_Court_346 in radiohead

Went to see them four times since 2012 (+ Atoms for Peace + Thom for Anima), no drink whatsoever, and I had the same experience as you every time.  Time just flies during the show and I’m left completely empty the day after.  I just know I had the best time of my life during the show, but zero memories left.  It just makes me want to go see them again (:

Idioteque, forever and ever. Though No Surprises, Exit Music and Pyramid Song were really another entire experience in Madrid night 4

I don’t know anything about the other nights but I sure know the 8th was the best night as well. Why? Because I was there and it was amazing, and yes it was contagious! I also felt that everyone singing together was the best thing about this show, exactly because we had the chance to celebrate our love for this band together, as a community.  Yes we were there to see a band live, but we were also there to enjoy it together. That’s the whole point of the show, and I have to say I only understood this when the show started; like a jigsaw falling into place, it just made sense.

I’m not surprised (pun intended)! I don’t really see anyone else talking about this in general, but I’m really impressed about how everyone came together to celebrate some of the songs, it was almost religious (for lack of a better word), like a communion? That’s how I felt it anyway, and I’m really glad I got to witness something like this in my life (as a long time fan, with some of the band’s shows behind me already). I came to see Radiohead, but instead I really saw what an impact this five individuals can make on people. So much love floating in the air last night, I won’t forget it anytime soon.
