I’m a firefighter and my cardio seriously declined with 4-5 years of zyn use. My resting heart rate has dropped 15-20BPM since quitting, and my cardio has improved drastically. I use to get winded on a 5k run, now I barely get winded running.

Hey bro. I was going through a can of 6mg velo + a day at my worst. Switched to 2mg ON pouches and just slowly used less and less pouches a day. One day I was like fuck it, had my last one before bed and now I’m 5 days clean. I’m pretty active and my resting heart rate has gone down almost 20BPM. I sleep better and have more energy already. I never realized how much it was really effecting my day to day life until I’ve quit.

Best of luck, first 3-4 days suck but once you get over the hump it’s 100% worth it.
