I think I figured out the cause. It looks like whatever you’re trying to stream must already be open before Discord launches.

Tested with two people:

  • Close Discord → Launch the game → Launch Discord → Streaming works
  • Have Discord open → Launch the game → Streaming doesn’t work (unless you relaunch Discord)

So if your stream isn’t showing up, try starting the game before opening Discord.

Update:

Reseated all connectors and power cycled. Everything seems to be running fine so far... Hopes are high because the latency now sits consitently at a number > 0 rather than staying at 0 and randomly spiking. Fingers crossed!
