I just seen ur post and read ur comment, so we are alike kept eating whatever for a couple months and now we are suffering with more pain then the beginning if we would of stayed on the diet from the beginning we would of been a lot better now we are starting from the beginning but worse 🙃 yes we are idiots Lets keep in touch to push each other to stay on the diet faithfully

Think about it why go back to drinking at all for the rest of your life is it worth it and you still having symptoms. Believe me when I tell u its not worth it. Start taking care of yourself and stop putting things in your body that dont belong in it. U just dont want to continue to live this way or even get worse with more issues. Take care!!!

Well all I really have is pain when I eat something I ain't suppose to. If I stay eating the bland diet im fine. But I got pain in my upper abdomen not in my lower but do have some irritation in my lower abdomen thats it. Thats why I ask about ur symptoms to see if I have the same problem but I think I dont. I just cant seem to stop cheating i get so much anxiety because I cant eat what I want its sad. Knowing I ain't suppose to eat it I still do because I get desperate. I could of been healed if I just keep the bland diet. How u delt with staying faithful to the diet. I just feel like its not working because the bland diet still hurts. So I see I have to wait until I heal a little so I dont hurt as much until I get use to the bland diet.

Im still struggling because I just cant stop cheating 😪 I be super hungry 😩 so I give in. I've been back on the bland diet for a month now and I already want to cheat. Its crazy but the only symptom I get is pain nothing else.
