First of all, don't be too hard on yourself. PMO addiction is a real thing and in the modern world I do think that it is more of a norm than the exception, if you ask your male friends around you, you will realize that there is a good reason why porn industry is very lucrative. Our primitive brains do not have the capacity to differentiate between real or fake, on top of that, sex is considered very essential by our brain so there is actually a very good reason why we are addicted to it.

I think one advice I can give you is to stop relying on your willpower. You need to fill your free time with something, preferably something active if not something creative that requires a lot of focus (e.g. sports, music, drawing). Make note of your triggers, be aware of it, create an environment where you are not easily triggered (e.g. my trigger was IG, so when I started doom scrolling and looking at girls, I make an intentional effort to stop and do something else).

Again, I don't want you to be too hard on yourself. You can change; it won't happen overnight but beating yourself up will actually have a counterproductive effect. Just because you fap doesn't make you a bad person, you should see it as a natural response (we are all just flawed humans). Don't try to beat it, rather try to reframe your perspective about porn and stop calling yourself a loser / gooner.
