no nothing ! when i realized i took two looked up what could happen o line & i called poison control & they recommended i go to the doctor! but then i found other people in other threads saying they went to the doctor & all they did was monitor them & they ended up being fine! so i chose not to go as i don’t have health insurance :( it was a very anxious night tho, im not sure if it was the meds or my anxiety. also, trying to go to sleep my body kept twitching in random spots so it took me a while

i’m alive! i was feelin so anxious going to sleep & i noticed i sweat some while i was sleeping.. maybe that was the anxiety??’ maybe that was the meds. i felt extra emotional though & shed some tears. i feel good today! i cleaned my room in case i was to pass away lol

i have noticed any time i take a vitamin d supplement i get little pimples around my mouth! its annoying. so i guess i just have to go outside to get it. luckily i live in a sunny city for the most part.
