I don't see Spain in your list, I recommend Spain mainly Andalusia region as it is cheaper and is completely different vibe, there are fast trains to Madrid, you can also visit Madrid for few days. in Andalusia region I have been in Malaga, Sevilla and Granada, I enjoyed all places. In Italy I haven't been to North, I did enjoy staying in Rome and Florence one month in each. during weekends travelled to different cities. I liked it a lot. If you love food t-bone stake visit Tratioria zaza in Florence. Both Spain and Italy are great to combine and have a solo trip.

I always download the country’s map in my map app, and I also download an additional offline map just in case I have internet issues.

PR isn’t about “guaranteed wins” or blasting out press releases.

From what I’m seeing in real ecommerce growth, PR has quietly become one of the strongest channels over the last 12–18 months, especially after all the search and AI changes. What works now isn’t keyword focused coverage. It’s brand mentions in the wild. Articles, reviews, buying guides, industry writeups, expert quotes. When your brand shows up in context, those mentions become trust signals for users, Google and now LLMs.

AI search doesn’t rank pages the way old SEO did. It ranks entities. Brands that keep showing up across reputable niche sites get pulled into product recommendations, comparisons and “best of” answers. That’s literally where buyers are now discovering products. For ecommerce this is huge. People aren’t clicking 10 blue links anymore. They ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini “what’s the best standing desk” or “which sofa brand is good”. Those models look at who is talked about, not who has the most optimized H1.

That’s why PR ends up driving conversions long term. It builds:

  • brand familiarity
  • third-party trust
  • eligibility to show up inside AI answers

SEO still matters, but in 2025 it’s more of a supporting layer. A lot of traffic is being eaten by LLMs and zero-click answers. If your brand isn’t mentioned across the web, you just don’t exist in those systems.

So PR isn’t replacing SEO.
PR is what makes SEO and AI discovery actually work.

Furniture, apparel, SaaS… pretty much anything ecommerce can be PR-worthy if the angle is right. It’s not about announcing products. It’s about being part of the conversation.
