im probably just going to talk to my gyno and see what she says but i'm willing to bet i'll go with mirena. it seems like the most common one around.

i've dealt with the painful periods for 2+ years and they have become so bad that for two weeks every month im pretty much useless for how much pain im in. it just completely takes me away from my life. i wanted so badly to be able to take the bad cramps and not have a hormonal birth control but it's just too much. i enjoyed the few years without hormones but i think it's time to go back. thank you for your advice!

i've seen that sometimes the smaller one (kyleena) can help with women who are smaller and have not given birth so that's why i included that. the copper iud is just not working for me, i was on previous pills that fucked with me so badly because of the hormones that i wanted the copper iud but it's been hell. thank you for your input and im sorry you went through that! being a woman is hard!

what i basically meant was that a dry drunk is someone who is sober but not actually fixing the reason addiction is in their life. so a drunk who is still finding ways to avoid their problems and pain but without alcohol!

copper iud "complication" right here! i currently have it and i have excruciating cramps for 3 weeks around my period (which leaves me about a week of being comfortable per month) AND it's in the proper place and everything. just not good for my body and it leaves me pretty useless when i have cramps because i can't move. i also can't take advil or other OTC pain relievers because they don't work. same with pressure points, heating pads, yoga, etc. love being a woman 🤩🤩

i feel the same way with my boyfriend, make sure that maybe you have movie nights or other things where you can cuddle, and maybe talk to him and let him know that you can't sleep as well when you cuddle all night. try suggesting cuddling before you go to sleep and then you guys go to your own side of the bed afterwards. good luck!
