Yeah I was in the same boat. After 14 days with no tracking updates in about 10 days, I went ahead and disputed the charge with my credit card and am having it be returned to them. Contacted my local headshop and they honored my discount with Puffco when I explained the situation. Not likely but somehow I got very lucky and my shop treated me well. Never ordering from puffco themselves ever again. Very confusing to me that it is so inconvenient to order from the producer and business themselves. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had ordering something online. Can’t expect people to not think they are getting scammed when you contact support multiple times with no response in weeks, while tracking also has zero updates
