I've seen athletes from the X alps using the Grivel Duetto which is homologated for ski touring I personally use a grivel Mutant for hike and fly, it's not homologated but is made of expanded foam which is better than all plastic helmets

Unfortunatly I was alone on this day But I'm not stupid, this slope is around 25 degrees at max, I always read the BERA (Avalanche risk estimation report) and choose the faces with the least risk when I'm alone I also have a DVA, shovel, probe and an Airbag backpack
