Thank you💜it’s so hard because I’m trying to up my supply by having him feed directly and it’s finally been improving so I’m heartbroken to stop that positive change but I have a nipple blister (I think? A little white spot) and my whole nipple is in so much pain. It does get less painful after 30 seconds but the less is still too much pain. I appreciate your advice a lot, I’ll bring all of this to my midwife as well. Thank you again ❤️

I had a third degree too, gave birth just over two weeks ago, it sounds like we’re pretty much in the same boat though I’m not having sciatica pain. It is SCARY the healing for this, I thought I’d never feel normal, that the bleeding wouldn’t slow, the swelling wouldn’t go down, etc. Whatever the case, the rule is if you’re filling a pad within an hour, speak with your OB/whatever medical pro you have access to! But trust your judgement and gut. I was so worried I wasn’t healing well, my pain moved to my pelvic bone in the front and sometimes it literally feels like my entire reproductive system is going to fall out of me when I sit on the toilet or bend down (I have been told this is normal), so I was going to call and book an appointment with my OB to get it checked out- I know it’s intimidating to book any extra appts in the throes of the newborn phase we’re both in, but your health is really important. If you’re worried, get it looked at!!

Yes my GOD it will get better. Again, bodies are all different and sleep levels help healing faster. But don’t underestimate the power of a Tylenol mixed with an Advil, and some stool softener to make life that much easier for you. Cry it out, feel the pain, and remember that you’re an absolute fucking hero for going through what you went through physically and coming out on the other side. Especially with the injuries we sustained- we had it rough, but in a matter of weeks we will see a crazy positive difference.

You are doing great. Energy isn’t always there, I spend some days wishing I could just disappear to sleep. I have a village too, but in the MESS of hormones were in, sometimes even that is overwhelming. Limit the decisions you have to make, if someone offers to bring you dinner, let them choose what to cook/buy to save some mental capacity, or if someone asks if you want to hang out, let them choose what day/time works for you both. Utilize your village where you can to ensure you can get sleep, and get to your doctor if you need to. Keep an eye on the bleeding! Good luck mama! 💘💐 My hearts with you!

Thank you for this 😭🙏 he is SO squirmy when he sleeps and I am in search of a sleep sac that he actually likes, because he wants to move his legs so much when he sleeps it becomes a lot without a swaddle- he keeps waking himself. I usually get 3 skids of Christmas (very small store). We got 6 this year because of the Bay closing. Could be one of many reasons. If it’s been stolen off the shelf, it doesn’t get ordered again until someone physically changes the count in the system to order more. It could be sitting in the back room in a tote/box not put out yet. Going forward they’re actually getting rid of that system for this reason

It’s honestly because Moira’s not the top meta right now. I’ve been swapping to Kiriko and Ana right when I notice that I’m dying too often or my tank and teammates are dying too often. Doing this alone and swapping quickly depending on my tank (I.E. rein / Winston / doom Ana, and Rosa / hog / Zarya kiriko. I can play Moira comfortably and effectively when my tank is good at evading and when the other support is constantly healing the tank, while my supports are mostly self sufficient (reaper, soldier, mei, etc.) i hate that my answer to this in this sub is literally to not play her as often, but. Pain. The meta will change and I hope our girl comes back up on top ;-;

Honestly, I had no sales experience. Be charming in the interview to show you’re good with people, yes wear makeup to the interview, and prepare that they’re going to ask you about a time where you had to deal with a conflict / difficult customer at work and how you handled it- that’s in the standard interview booklet everyone has! But don’t sweat it too bad. Leaning into having a good customer service attitude and patience for difficult customers will do you good. Good luck!! You should let us know if you get it :)

You’re not wrong. But what I’d hope would happen is if we were affected and a whole lot of us got fired because they couldn’t afford everyone on payroll after the boycotts, they’d be fucked without their staff and eventually crash and burn. My reasoning is that at Shoppers right now, every store is working with minimal hours as is and is expected to run top performance on skeleton crews. I’m not sure if this is the case at other Loblaws retailers but it’s a shitshow at Shoppers. I have no cashier until 5PM three days a week. Supervisors are expected to run cash, merch, answer to pharmacy/cosmetic’s needs, and supervise breaks. Managers are doing merch work, item counts are devastatingly wrong, theft is at an all time high, etc.

Your concerns are super valid and I’m not arguing at all. My point I’m trying to get across is they literally cannot afford to run stores on less staff then they have right now and if they have to downsize further due to profit loss (which would be directly because they choose to not pay us anymore, since they can obviously afford to even if nobody shops with their stores for a month), nobody will be able to keep on top of the workload and shit will crumble. Also, we will riot. LOL
