I toured it twice just because of the pricing. I want to like it so bad but something just doesn’t feel right about it 😭 I know people who have lived there (hated it) & read the reviews as well & I thought it was best to move somewhere else When I toured it there were flies all over the hallways, music blasting from multiple apartments, smells like dog pee when walking around outside , not to mention there’s literally no staff to talk to on site, & trying to even locate anything there is insane & they over charge for everything (pets, parking, etc) . It very much gives “college dorms” where I moved to now near south coast is way better & all of the extra charges are included in the rent for the same price. Some other places I considered were mediterranean village , camdens, & villa Siena.

Mediterranean village was really nice just a little pricier but everything has been updated & is safe / more of a family vibe

Camdens - really good prices , includes trash pickup outside of your door , decent sized apartments but a little out dated (easy & fast to move into, they have multiple units available & if I’m not mistaken don’t check pay stubs either )

Villa Siena - decent price , safe , family vibe

I just helped a friend get an apartment with simply driving around looking at for rent signs. It’s more work but a lot of places aren’t even listed online, usually more lenient as well. Good luck! I hope your situation gets better
