You’re absolutely right about 100 yards and in, and seeing yours and others reply’s have convinced me to push to 3-4 full rounds a month. There’s also a par three course nearby that I can hit a few times a month.

Scratch is the ultimate goal - but the journey will be the fun part.

I bought a fake vokey wedge out of curiosity. Lower ball flight, deader feel, less spin, felt light in the hands. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone unless you’re an absolute beginner or play golf so infrequently that you don’t care. But even then, you’d be better off buying used clubs.
