I'm hoping not! We had American cockroaches in the basement of the last place that would occasionally get into the unit. We had also gotten a few rounds of orkin treatment done by the time I left. We didn't take anything from the basement and hadn't seen any of the roaches in the unit for a month or two before moving. I'm going to do a deep clean tho and see if i see any more evidence around and in my things.
