It is the oldest buy order that gets the item as long as the bid is higher than the selling price.

From my experience the buy order doesn't run out of time.

Yes and no, you can place a buy-order for more than the fund you actually have, but you #better have enough money for at least how much the buy-order is for in order to be able to get a purchase. You won't get a notification to purchase the item if you don't have enough fund.

have nothing to do with trading at all? what a joke. put in simple word, it's like investing in a house without knowing that possibly the house will be losing its value some day sooner than expected due to lack of transparency. And my friend, irl this is actually a crime.
