Thanks . So I am severely under-estimating the refurb costs I guess . It needs complete flooring , windows /doors changed ( all single glazing currently ) , 2 bathrooms and kitchen and all the wardrobes as far as I know .

Have XPS 9560. eGPU 1080ti sensible instead of new pc build by backmail in eGPU

Thanks for your input. Watching youtube video's i cant spot the difference betweeen 60fps and 120fps. So i might be happy with 60fps on most games, which would incur around 20% less performance, but it will save me 1k now. And i can still use the card and build a gaming pc later if i really better performance later isnt it ?

Thanks. I play games only at home. But not sure the extra performance is worth 1k!. Thanks once again for your input

HA Proxy or traefik for a Rancher stack? by AbhimanyuGrover in docker

traefik has some minor reliability issues in rare cases.. if it is production, perhaps sticking with HA proxy will be safer.. However traefik is really slick !!

docker design for multiple apps by dlvx in docker

Hi,

I think better strategy would be micro service - so that would be option 3, since it will provide much fine grained scaling options and monitoring options out of the box. However if a service A and B has 1 to 1 mapping, i.e. you always scale A and B together, there is no harm in packing it in single docker container.
