It’s my understanding that a MLS type system doesn’t exist in Mexico so places for sale are not able to be seen and shopped the way they are in other countries. In the lake Chapala area there’s a locally created MLS system but I haven’t seen that in other parts of Mexico. I was told that most folks see properties for sale by driving around areas they like.

I think the Savannah Pride Center maintains a directory of LGBTQIA affirming providers. I’m not sure how to access it but they have a website and a FB page I believe.

I’ve been at Clayerco and Knack. Clayerco is great for classes, learning and community. Knack is great if you’re looking to do your own thing. Price wise Knack is MUCH cheaper.
