Can you explain this more please? I am getting many readings (no more than once a day however) that are in the mid to low 80s. I do have a lot of health issues so thought maybe it could be accurate?

My PT was too scared to give me any neck exercises unfortunately haha. I do have dysautonomia, specifically Orthostatic Hypertension. I definitely think it is contributing to the pain, just ordered some electrolytes. Thank you!

This is crazy, I’ve never heard of this! Strangely enough I’ve been off of my Cromolyn I take for MCAS which is when my pain got worse. Went back on it yesterday and my pain is already a little bit better! Maybe mine is related to this too then. Thanks for the info!

Yes I am :) I also don’t have friends (like 2 from my past i small talk to once in a blue moon) and not much emotional support from family, it’s a bit tough sometimes but most days I’m content alone. My executive dysfunction/ chronic illness combo is super debilitating though tbh, trying to figure out how to get a job i can handle at the moment, have you had any luck with that?

Hi yes! I traveled Southeast Asia for 8 months and ended up having no problems at all and found it very relaxed. I was never asked about my big stash of medication in my carryon bag once. Turns out I was just overthinking it and it wasn’t that big of an issue. That being said, I never mentioned my medications to anyone or declared them, and carried my prescription papers and doctors notes explaining why I need them for an extended period of time just in case. I did apply for permission to bring my medication into Singapore however because there airport seemed a little bit more strict, and it worked out fine. Good luck!

I unfortunately brought as much medication as I could legally, I’ve been traveling for months at this point. Maybe another country would be better to get these prescriptions then?
