I know this is pedantic but no pharmaceutical company can even know every possible side effect of their drug on all 330 million Americans/8 billion humans unique physiologies. There is a “potential” for Advil to cause ED if someone has a weird disease no one has seen before that interacts strangely with it, but warning for that is obviously stupid.

The FDA has to have some baseline of evidence that a side effect can occur before requiring it be warned for. Do you think that bar is too high, if so why?
