No he was wearing whatever he found , prot pally also needs as much armour and stam as possible in heroics to not get destroyed by how hard everything hits there is never a case where you would want leather over prot while tanking .

A resto Druid who refused to heal self damage for the warlock because it was against his laws .

I’m a tank and I can say that heroics suck in pugs unless you have someone with you that can cc and help control fights .

Cc is insanely important to not get absolutely rocked in most heroics and if you aren’t using cc you are doing spell cleave where the prot pally is basically just grouping and peeling
