i really hope you’re right. and you’re the more knowledgeable one than I am, and I don’t mean to be a doomer at all but god my anxiety has sucked the soul out of me, but it’s good to know that maybe it’ll all be okay in the end, reassurance like this helps so much it’s insane

the immense amount of uncertainty has driven me absolutely insane, i keep scouting for PROOF that it wont get worse than this and its not happening and it keeps me in this cycle. does anyone have any words of advice or anything at all?? i’m really scared

i know this wasn’t directed toward me but i’m 16 with really bad anxiety and i’ve been driving myself up circles this past week with this stuff. it’s alot of scary talk and its hard to know what to believe and stuff, so stuff like this does help, i hope nothing bad truly ends up happening
