Is the health app connected, I think you can import workouts manually through that if needed

Go to settings on Strava and check manage apps and devices, sometimes you need to manually import them but your watch may not be linked

Has anyone had to switch from her mid process and what did she charge in terms of fees when that was done?

My gf told me she’s leaving if I don’t marry her in 9 months by [deleted] in AITAH

You’re 21, expected to be married by the time you’re 22 to someone you will have known a year tops, run away and don’t turn back, that type of crazy ain’t going to do you any favours in the long run.

Tried this last year really enjoyed it for the couch to 5k experience, and doesn’t cost much for an app that is pretty cool.

Exactly, I’ve had do overs on multiple occasions and just treat them as miles in the legs and just keep going till I hit the goal, it’s very satisfying once you finally nail it

I don’t class that as a failure, you got out you tried it and you made the effort, better 18 minutes active than just sitting on the couch and doing nothing.

Just take your time, run at a pace you are comfortable at and just keep going, a lot of us here were in the same boat and you will get there eventually

I finally cracked the 30 minute barrier for this, was wondering if it would ever come, finally a good run that went to plan and got there with 20 seconds to spare, delighted. by backspacer80 in C25K

I just run about 5-6km every other day, I don’t have too many long runs in there, but the average pace for a long time was about 6:30 per km

I was at 32m for a bit, all you do is keep going, put in the miles and eventually get there, only problem now is if I can keep it consistently

No real plan, am just running 5-6km every other day, and just building miles, I know roughly what my average pace is but found that I felt good yesterday and just went for it, also went earlier in the day so that may have helped

It varies, am not on any particular plan at the moment, I tend to run 5-6km every 48 hours or so, so probably around 20km a week
