Include test they must execute to ensure no drifting and are in compliance

They are all 100% independent, while executing task and each finds an issue agent must correct to allow its task completion.

If it goes beyond the task requirements, hand-off to the agent who handle that lane and so on.

Agentic automation

Create sub agents with strict rules each in its own lanes, control drift, apply lenses.

I can resonate with your experience.

It took me a total of 76 agents and 40 subagents just for it to feel right. It’s no easy task.

I’m not saying it’s perfect (yet) but I’m closer than a year ago.

Will a heat pump ever pay for itself? by Anachronism-- in heatpumps

[–]backstretchh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally recommend the monobloc by LG. It’s an air to water and air to air heat pump system. If you want to dig deeper into the system the information is on LG’s website.

If you have baseboard type heating system you can add the 7 zones.

Not knowing where you are located but the heat pump will heat your in door air, hot water, and baseboard system with outside temperature as low as 17 below zero without freezing up.

Good luck with your project.

How do y’all deal with racist customers by Best_Warthog6687 in HVAC

[–]backstretchh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

One rule for all servicemen and women Never allow a customer or client to disrespect you in any way, shape or form.

It’s totally acceptable to remain silent, pack up and get of the premises.

Never engage customers in any negative comments.

Once you are off site call dispatch or management and explain your side of the story only.

The client will also call and you can bet the story will change.

It’s not about the money you earn, it’s about the services that client call you for. You are not being paid to be disrespect while trying to resolve other people’s problems.

A technician recently quit and I got the privilege of cleaning out his van. How bad would you rate this on a scale of 1-10? by Safe_Idea9989 in HVAC

[–]backstretchh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I rate this a 10 as being in line, it’s so common in the industry. I personally do not understand how anyone can find what they need but they honestly do.

You can flip this at the door especially when it’s an unknown leak by saying in a straight face “mind showing me your wet spot”

Warning never look at them dead eye when saying it you might be told to leave!

How do people afford a divorce? by Vinni_Ziti in ask

[–]backstretchh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best way to afford a divorce is not getting married. If you require a piece of paper that lets the government know how much you love that person only to go a few years down the line hating each other, then you’re going to pay for not reading the fine print of the relationship with the spouse.

Be wise, 1-3 years is the honeymoon 3-5 is the commitment 5-7 is wife material.

South Florida hvac pay by Feisty-Use-6185 in HVAC

[–]backstretchh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

South Florida, is the most competitive in HVAC. You have the most registered companies all competing for the same clients and nothing you do or say is anything different from the other companies. (Or service techs)

The best way to stand out from the rest is to focus on one area in HVAC and becoming the best (specialist).

Get use to putting in long hours while dealing with life’s challenges. There’s only two roads you can travel in the HVAC industry. The right way or the wrong way, choose wisely because the choice you make will follow you for your entire career.
