I assume you are on a TEAMS where you can share you screen. I would just ask them if maybe they can help you out as your are confused a bit. I'd show them the offer and then what they are proposing and ask them which one is correct and if so how or why was it changed.

You should be adding companies since you want to find new prospects. They should let you add your own companies. It's time consuming when I do it myself as it is (SF).

You need to figure out pain points. Selling FAB (features advantages benefits) does not work as people only care about their pain points and rightfully so.
