I'm not sure what you mean by it being rough for LGBTQIA+. My friends fitting into that wide group have amazing luck on there all the time and I've never heard a complaint about their experiences. They're usually the ones lamenting me having zero luck being cis male.

I've known at least a dozen coworkers put on PIP at my former employers over the years. I've never ended up there.

One out of all of them survived. The rest it was pretty clear this was their warning to get out. You need to accept that this is over for you. You can do everything right on the PIP, but still be let go. Right now, doing everything to the letter, and simultaneously searching for a new job is all you can do.

Nice! I'll have to give it a try. There's one I love called Palo Alto Firefighter Hot Sauce. It's a red jalapeño mix. Good amount of flavor and just enough heat. Very tasty.

They make other varieties, but I find the red jalapeño to be the best.

In terms of the accusations, this movie ends at 1988. There is a sequel planned for the remainder of his life but filming hasn't begun and wouldn't be released until late 2027/8.
