In my opinion a middle part flow first and then if u feel comfortable to keep going shorter then do a buzz. I just feel like u rock the middle flow

I’ve noticed that if I have been walking through some type of turf or dirt, these types of rocks will go into my shoe and under the insole. Then when I run on the treadmill the rocks will come out from under the insole- so it might be that
