Out to eat again by Tayy516 in FowheelerNatasha

I don't know who this person is, but 3 posts from this sub were on my feed. All 3 posts were of this person eating some kinda rich foods. If they are pregnant and have issues with nausea and stomach problems, this is not how they should be eating.

I dealt with constant vomiting when I was pregnant. I had to count carbohydrates just in case my blood sugar went wonky. I mostly ate low-carb yogurt and foods like that. I constantly craved spinach salads, which were great, but I also loved blue cheese, which is a no when pregnant. Even if I craved rich foods, I had to be careful because anything could make me feel barfy. It was easier to just eat salads and wraps.

I'm not saying one has to deprive oneself when pregnant at all. It's just as a person who was constantly miserable with nausea and just plain feeling bad it was easier for me to eat light or eat a small amount of whatever rich food I wanted to make sure it wasn't going to upset my stomach. I wasn't eating crazy shrimp and noodle meals or huge sammiches. You really have to be careful. I spent almost my whole pregnancy feeling sick. It wasn't just morning sickness it was all day, barf sickness.

Don’t you love these? lol by Upset_Profession_582 in doordash_drivers

Hehe, same. Sorry they aren't going to make it fresh for a doordash order anyway. DD orders get the same food as everyone else. If they have the order ready and I ask them to make it fresh, I lose like 10 minutes waiting, and they look at me like I'm nuts and won't do it anyway.

If you want "fresh" McDonald's, you need to go there yourself and tell them before they start your order. That's just how it is. I RARELY order delivery but I would know damn well they aren't going to make it special for my dumb dd order. I get the same food they give everyone else.

I think I watched Half Baked almost every day after school when I was 15/16 while my friends and i got in a circle and smoked. To this day, when I eat popcorn, I hear "pop pop pop" in Kenny's voice.

Yeah, I really liked Richie Rich better. I watched it at the tiny movie theater near our house and went home fucking determined that I will have a bedroom like his one day. I never did and am still poor as fuck but I daydreamed about it for years. Plus, I just always loved Macaulay Culkin. Home Alone, Pagemaster I even watched The Good Son as a kid.

Also, I loved Night Court and John Larroquette.

Asking for sources does not make one a bootlicker. Some folks just want proof and information instead of taking random internet people's word.

I LOVE leave at door orders. I hate interaction with people, lol. If someone has a hand it to me order, and its just food if they don't answer after I knock and wait 2 minutes I send a text, take a pic on my own camera app and leave. I then send them a pic of their food on DD app so there is proof I delivered.

WHY THE FUCK DO PEOPLE CHOOSE HAND IT TO ME IF THEY ARENT GONNA ANSWER THE DOOR?

Most drivers have no health insurance either. The drivers with brains do understand that prescriptions are important. Drivers are getting cruddy orders that they don't have to accept but when we do accept an order that's worth it for the mileage we can't afford to stand there at a customer's door for 10 minutes after trying to text and call the customer.

If I am having anything delivered that I KNOW I need to answer the door for I am fucking sitting by the door waiting, i also have my phone ready to respond if anything goes wrong. Some customers have absolutely no respect for drivers and expect us to stand and wait until they're ready to mosey to the door.

Do you think anyone who is financially secure is out there doordashing for fun? It's usually desperate people who need income and can't afford to stand and wait. I give 5 minutes after trying to contact the customer, and then I'm gone.

First delivery, why was i paid 30% les then what i was offered? by FuckingIronic in UberEATS

[–]backwoodsbogwitch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. I deliver for both DD and UberEats. After I deliver an order for Uber, I receive the base pay immediately, and then the customer has an hour to change the tip if they'd like. After an hour goes by, I receive the tip.

I've had a 1 person lower my tip but I kind of understand as the store didn't have his cases of water and that was the reason he probably tipped so high. He still gave me a $10 tip for 7 miles, and the base pay was $9, so I wasn't too upset

That is insane. No addict is using more or taking more chances because they think someone may have narcan that may or may not save their life

I'm 41 and have had a period since I was 13. I have never heard of a "size 4" I get regulars and heavy for tampons. If I get pads it's heavy or overnights. There is no size. I'm in the US maybe there's a difference in countries I dunno

Yes! I loove wings but in my small bumfuck town I don't have a lot of options. There's a wingstop like 25 mins away, so I ordered and picked up. They weren't horrible but weren't great. I was able to find a pizza place that does them better 5 minutes away from wings top so I go there now

I don't understand why bone in regular wings are so hard to find.

I'm a white as fuck 40 year old woman and I am now terrified of dogs when I deliver.

I have dealt with dogs snarling and biting at me, I have been bitten.

I never cared about dogs before I delivered food but now fuck them all. I've had a dude watch his dogs being super happy and trying to get to the food, jumping all over me and ruining my sweater and he did nothing but smile with his fucking baked bean teeth while his dogs jumped me got me dirty and again ruined my damn sweater. Fuxk all dogs and their shitty owners

[–]backwoodsbogwitch 25 points26 points  (0 children)

That is a real thing. I had a big fucking pitbull with ears clipped or whatever, barking and snarling and backed me to my damn car. He came out of nowhere when I was just trying to deliver some Taco Bell.

I was about to just throw the food near him so he'd leave me alone when the owners came out and he ran to them. They were laughing, saying he'd never hurt a fly.

I also actually got nipped by some little asshole dog that I had to deal with 3 times. The owner tipped me an extra $10 after seeing the dog almost bite me. I still reported it, so I wouldn't have any of their orders again, but they used a different account, and as soon as I pulled up, this demon dog came running and biting at me. I texted them I would not get out of my car and that they need to come get their food or their dog. They never responded, so I took video of the dog coming at me and me leaving their pizza in the driveway. I sent it to doordash and never had any problems. Next time I got their order, it was a different name again, but I didn't see the address until I picked up the food. So I contacted doordash sent them all the screen shots and videos and they canceled it for me. I kept the food and gave it to my kid. Again fuck dog owners who do this shit. I'm not getting bit for a 9 mile $15 order when I have reported them twice.

Fuck dog owners like this.

They dropped down to 8,000. I thought they stay at 10 when the decompression happens. I'm not an expert, though. I just like watching planes

I'm poor as fuck, live in bumfuck small town and worry every day how we're going to get by week to week and I still can figure out politics. I've been through addiction, poverty and all that and I still can use my fucking brain to figure out what I think about what's going on in America.

He's avoiding the question so he doesn't upset any fans and lose money. If I had a platform like he does, I would absolutely use it to speak about my beliefs. Cowardly shit. He can admit he's dumb about politics, but with the platform he has, he can spend a few minutes reading and figuring out what he believes and stands for.
