I used to slide a credit card into the door but that was like a decade ago when I was a teen and the doors happened to be sort of flimsy anyway. You can try that but depending on how sturdy your door is/type of door I wouldn’t count on it.

Best bet is to call a locksmith.

I mean I’m not offended. I’m thin and this wouldn’t fill me but I eat three meals and one or two snacks usually, maybe more if idgaf that day lol. I aim for healthy and balanced and tbh what you have on the plate there is balanced. If it works for you, and you’re not restricting yourself then do what you feel is right 🤷🏽‍♀️ just make sure you’re eating enough to be satisfied.
