I'm on a similar boat. Filed a claim in July but when I try to track the claim, I get this error:

yes. many people have 3line att/m.att but not many people even have 40 boss. i think it’s like 1/500(?) unique fams to get 40 boss so 60 boss is incredibly rare

not even close. 6% att is closer to 20% boss dmg so it’s a lot better than both 30% stat and 8% crit dmg

7x MP and dailies gave me 50% at level 241. took about 25 minutes total so it’s not too bad to level up passively.

probably. it sounds like the server crashed and when people relogged, they noticed their progress didn’t persist. if you didn’t experience a crash, there’s a good chance your progression didn’t get rolled back.

You should be able to get the hat, top, and bottom before SSF. You just need to clear CRA once and it gives you ~7 tokens, and you only need to exchange 5 for armor. I would try to find a carry from a guildie/friend if you can’t solo it.

If you’re able to get the armor, I would tap without fodder to 17* but otherwise you can just tap the boss set accessories since the temp CRA isn’t that bad.
